Welcome to the 39th AHIA Virtual Annual Conference Schedule & Registration page!
To ensure that all registrations are processed and access is provided for the virtual conference, registrations must be received each day by 10am ET for events starting at 11am ET. Anything received after 10am risks the chance of not being set up for that day's sessions.
Attend more sessions at the virtual show than ever possible before. With a maximum 45 CPEs available for workshops and full live meeting attendance, we have limited the number of concurrent sessions, so you will have opportunity to be exposed to more subject matter expertise than possible at the live event. CPE credit is included for attending ONLY the live delivery of sessions, but full conference attendees can access on-demand sessions in the recording library and the dynamic virtual exhibit hall for up to 12 months. If you cannot catch every single live session — you will still have access to the information, wherein presenter permission is granted.
To review the full schedule of events, scroll down to the “Program” section. Click on the arrows to expand and learn about the sessions occurring during each time frame. To learn about the session, click on the hyperlink title. You may also sort by track by changing the "Select programs by" dropdown to Track, a new feature this year!
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL LISTED TIMES ARE IN EASTERN TIME.
Once you’re ready to register, either login with your AHIA member credentials or setup your AHIA record. Click the “Register Myself” or “Register Someone Else” button and select the appropriate pass.
If you are registering for the Full Conference Registration, you will not register for specific sessions at this time. You will complete this process on the virtual conference website. You will gain access to that the week of September 21. The Full Conference Registration includes access to sessions, except Workshops. If you wish to register and pay for a Workshop, you have the ability to add this on to your registration before checking out. Expand the days where Workshops are being offered (October 1, 2, 8 & 9) and add these to your registration.
If you are registering for sessions only, you will be able to select that pass and add on individual sessions that you want to attend.

Cancellations received in writing by September 24, 2020 will be issued a refund less a $50 cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS AFTER September 24, 2020. AHIA reserves the right to cancel any event due to insufficient registration or any unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event of cancellation, AHIA is not responsible for any costs, damages, or other expenses of any kind, including, without limitation, transportation and/or hotel costs incurred by registrant. Speakers are subject to change without notice.
